Shipping:

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days and offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over USD 200 within the United States, unless expedited shipping is selected. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. For international orders, you will be presented with various shipping options at checkout.

Once a package has been shipped and proof of delivery is generated, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed items. We will assist with any issues during transit to the best of our ability, but once proof of delivery is issued, the responsibility shifts to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges:

At Yanawara, we produce our pieces in very limited quantities to ensure each item is unique and crafted with care. Due to the exclusive and artisanal nature of our collections, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before finalizing your order.

We are happy to offer free exchanges if a size doesn’t work or if you have a change of heart. Please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process. All items must be unused, in perfect condition, and with the original packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, in perfect condition, and with all original packaging. Please note that a handling fee will apply to returns. All promotion pieces, including last chance or promotions discounts, are not eligible for return or exchange, except for size exchanges where applicable.

In-store & Pop-Up Purchases:
All sales made in-store or during pop-up events are final. We are happy to offer exchanges for items purchased in person, but please note that all sales are final.

Back Orders & Custom Orders:

If an item is not currently in stock and is marked as pre-order, this means the item is available for pre-order and will take between 4-8 weeks to fulfill. You will receive an email update within 2-3 business days regarding the status of your pre-order.
